A Flock of Seagulls will replace Pete Burns (Dead or Alive) on the Regeneration Tour at Dodge Theatre on Friday, August 1. Pete Burns has cancelled his appearance due to health reasons.

A Flock of Seagulls, comprised of lead singer Mike Score and his brother Ali Score, are well-known for their bizarrely teased haircuts as well as their hit single "I Ran (So Far Away)." A Flock of Seagulls are one of the infamous wonders of the new wave era. Their sleek dance-pop hit “I Ran” received heavy rotation on MTV in the summer of 1982, and their music has been featured in major motion pictures, commercials and continues to influence the music scene today.

Along with A Flock of Seagulls, The Regeneration Tour will bring together for the first time, 80’s Pop icons, The Human League, Belinda Carlisle, ABC and Missing Persons. “Don’t You Want Me Baby?” “Heaven is a Place on Earth,” “When Smokey Sings, “You Spin Me Round,” “Always Something There to Remind Me,” and “I Ran,” are just some of the megahits that will be thrilling fans and regenerating those feel good ‘80’s memories.
