Phoenix (November 30, 2007) – Cross Canadian Ragweed, the Oklahoma quartet that has been pushing it to the metal for 13 years will bring its show to Martini Ranch on Friday, January 18 at 8:00 pm.

Cross Canadian Ragweed – Cody Canada (frontman), Grady Cross (guitarist), Jeremy Plato (bassist) and Randy Ragsdale (drummer) recently released their 4th studio album titled MISSION CALIFORNIA, from Universal Records South. The album charted at #6 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart and #30 on the Billboard Top 100 Chart. MISSION CALIFORNIA came in just behind superstars Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire, Faith Hill, Brooks & Dunn and Kenny Chesney with scans of 22,604 its first week.

Cross Canadian Ragweed has played a string of sold out shows drawing crowds of up to 10,000 and 15,000 people a night. Clearly embraced by country music fans, the band and Mission California are earning high praise from tough critics. USA Today claims the band “…is one of the better-kept secrets around.”

With another Top 10 country album to their credit, a debut performance on the Grand Ole’ Opry and upcoming features in Country Weekly and on GAC, it seems the secret about Cross Canadian Ragweed is about to get out.
