Phoenix, AZ (March 7, 2008) - Brad Paisley announced his 2008 tour, Hershey’s Presents The Paisley Party with special guests Jewel, Chuck Wicks and Julianne Hough during his performance at the Music City JAM in Nashville on Wednesday. Kick-off date for the current 42-date tour is scheduled for June 11 in Albuquerque and will make a stop in Phoenix to perform at Cricket Wireless Pavilion on Thursday, June 12. The Hershey Company and its Hershey’s Milk Chocolate brand are proud to sponsor Brad Paisley and his upcoming national tour for the second consecutive year. Paisley and Hershey’s Milk Chocolate have created the perfect partnership that is providing their fans with pure happiness.

Current ACM and CMA Male Vocalist of the Year, Paisley recently received his first Grammy Award for Country Instrumental, “Throttleneck,” and garnered his tenth #1 single with “Letter To Me” staying in the #1 position for four weeks. “I’m Still a Guy” is Paisley’s fourth single following three consecutive #1 hits, “Ticks,” “Online” and “Letter To Me” from his current ACM Award nominated album 5th Gear. In addition to Album of the Year Paisley is also nominated for Entertainer of the Year, Top Male Vocalist and Video of the Year for “Online.” Paisley has sold over 10 million albums.

Paisley’s 2007 Hershey’s Presents Bonfires and Amplifiers Tour was so successful that it was extended through February 2008. The tour played to over one million fans during a 10 month period in 94 cities. According to Pollstar the tour ended the year #2 in total attendance for country tours.

Three-time Grammy nominee Jewel, hailed by The Times of London as "the most sparkling female singer-songwriter since Joni Mitchell," has sold over 27 million albums worldwide, enjoying career longevity rare among her generation of artists. An acclaimed singer, songwriter, poet, actress and painter, Jewel has explored fresh musical avenues for more than a decade that have taken her from the simplicity of acoustic-driven folk to the embrace of rock, pop, country, blues, jazz and classical influences. In November 2007, Jewel signed with The Valory Music Co., sister label to Big Machine Records (Taylor Swift, Trisha Yearwood, Jack Ingram). Her highly-anticipated country-infused album, Perfectly Clear, produced by herself and John Rich of Big & Rich, will be released on June 3, 2008. For more information, please visit www.jeweljk.com

RCA Nashville recording artist Chuck Wicks recently released his debut album Starting Over which includes the Top 5 hit single “Stealing Cinderella.” Telling the touching story of a young man who is asking for his girlfriend’s hand in marriage, "Stealing Cinderella" is one of ten tracks on Wicks’ debut album that he co-wrote, it was the fastest rising single from a debut artist in 2007 and is the first single from a new artist to crack the Top 5 in 2008. Newly-signed Mercury Nashville (Shania Twain, Sugarland) recording artist and two-time Dancing With The Stars champion Julianne Hough (pronounced “Huff”) has been spending a lot of time in Nashville working on her self-titled debut album that will be available everywhere May 20. Her first single is the infectious “That Song In My Head” which has already cracked the top 50 on the charts.
