“This year we have music coming in from all over the world,” said Heather Rogers, event manager of the McDowell Mountain Music Festival. “We’ve got classic American rock ‘n’ roll, Jamaican reggae, sounds of South Africa and Aussie rocker John Butler. Music is a universal language, it’s important to experience and support the diversity in the industry.”
